60 or 90-min* yoga class for 5-7 people depending on how close you are willing to be. We understand it feels a bit different to squeeze in with loved ones vs needing your space in a group of strangers.

1 1/2 Hours $180
*In the hour and a half class the poses are done twice. Allowing a deeper stretch the 2nd time around to really push the edge of your capabilities and reap the benefits of increased detoxification, muscle strengthening and fat burn.
There are 3 Sound Meditation options we offer:

Up to 8 guests for each event.
Sound Meditations begin with an introduction, light seated stretching and a breathing exercise to begin the relaxation process, connecting your body to your mind. Optional intention setting, water blessing and chanting can be included upon request, no extra fees. I want to co-create an experience everyone can enjoy and grow from.
1 hour Yoga with a 20-minute Sound Meditation: $180
1 Hour Yoga with a 40-minute Sound Meditation: $210
1 1/2 Hour Yoga with a 20-mintue Sound Meditation: $210
