Past Retreats

A group of 10 incredible individuals from 5 different cities came together for a truly life changing experience. We stayed Creekside in Oak Creek Canyon, Sedona. I held morning yoga, a couple of dear friends assisted with a blissful 2-hour sound meditation and mini reiki sessions at the house. We also hiked to one of Sedona's infamous vortexes and did the yoga series in the balancing vortex energy. Another day, we hiked into a different vortex for a guided meditation. Where we sent love to all we love, bringing them with us energetically for the connection to self and source. It was a beautiful moment and weekend in whole.
